Scripture:
Romans 8:34 (NIV)
“Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.”
Reflection:
Christ’s work didn’t end at the resurrection. He is now seated at the right hand of the Father, interceding for me. He is not a passive observer, but my living Advocate, aware of my needs, struggles, and joys. The One who bore my sin now pleads my case—not as a reminder of my failures, but as the One who paid the price for them. In seasons of doubt or spiritual dryness, when prayer is hard and words fail, I can rest in the knowledge that Jesus is praying for me. His presence at the right hand of the Father means my salvation is secure, my prayers are heard, and I am never alone.
Prayer:
Thank You, Jesus, for always interceding for me. Remind me that I am never alone, and help me to trust Your advocacy in every need.
Action:
Write down your current burdens or prayers and, as you pray, imagine Jesus bringing them before the Father on your behalf.
