Scripture:
Psalm 119:96
"To all perfection I see a limit, but your commands are boundless."
Reflection:
Everything human has limits. Our best efforts eventually fail. Our wisdom runs out. Our strength gives way. But God's Word is boundless—unlimited and comprehensive. It speaks into every moment, every season, every situation of your life.
Like sailors navigating by the stars or using a compass to find true north, you have something reliable in God's Word. When the storms of culture beat against you, when popular opinion tries to steer you off course, when you're disoriented and can't see clearly, Scripture points you to true north. It doesn't change based on trends, feelings, or circumstances.
Second Timothy 3:16-17 reminds us that all Scripture is God-breathed and profitable for teaching, reproof, correction, and training in righteousness—so that you may be fully equipped for every good work.
Prayer:
Lord, I praise You that Your Word has no limits. While everything else in my life has boundaries and eventually fails, Your commands are boundless and comprehensive. Help me trust Scripture as my true north when culture tries to redefine truth. Equip me fully through Your Word for every situation I'll face. Amen.
