Scripture:
1 Peter 4:10
"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God's grace in its various forms."
Reflection:
God has entrusted you with gifts—not for your own glory, but to serve others and display His grace. You are a steward, a manager of what belongs to God. The question isn't whether you have gifts; it's whether you're using them faithfully. God's grace comes in "various forms"—teaching, serving, encouraging, giving, leading, showing mercy. Your unique expression of His grace is needed in the body of Christ. When you say yes to serving, you become a channel through which God's grace flows to others.
Prayer:
Father, I confess that sometimes I've buried my gifts out of fear, comparison, or busyness. Forgive me for not being a faithful steward of what You've entrusted to me. Help me to see my gifts as tools for serving others, not trophies for myself. Show me where You want me to invest what You've given me. Make me faithful with little so You can trust me with more. In Jesus' name, amen.
Action:
Identify one person in your life who needs encouragement, help, or prayer. Use one of your gifts to serve them this week—whether it's a phone call, a meal, practical help, or a word of encouragement.
