Scripture:
John 12:24
"Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds."
Reflection:
Jeremiah told the exiles to "multiply" in Babylon. Not just survive—multiply. Build houses, plant gardens, have children, increase in number. God's vision is always multiplication, not just addition. One act of obedience multiplies into many. One act of obedience multiplies into many. Esther's courage didn't just save her own life—it saved a nation, which preserved the Messianic line, which brought salvation to billions. Your faithfulness today isn't just about you—it multiplies. When you serve, you inspire others to serve. When you give, you enable ministry that reaches people you'll never meet. When you disciple one person, they disciple others, who disciple others. This is kingdom mathematics: what you plant multiplies exponentially when God brings the harvest. Stop thinking addition. Start thinking multiplication.
Prayer:
Father, help me see my life through the lens of multiplication rather than addition. Show me where You want me to invest in ways that will multiply for Your kingdom. Give me faith to plant seeds that will produce thirty, sixty, and a hundredfold return. Help me disciple others who will disciple others. Let my life be a catalyst for exponential kingdom growth. I surrender my need to see all the results and trust You with the multiplication. Amen.
Action:
Identify one person you could intentionally invest in spiritually this month—someone you could disciple, mentor, or encourage in their faith. Reach out to them this week and schedule time together. Ask God to show you how to help them grow so they can, in turn, help others grow.
