Scripture:
Joshua 14:12
"Now give me this hill country that the Lord promised me that day. You yourself heard then that the Anakites were there and their cities were large and fortified, but, the Lord helping me, I will drive them out just as he said."
Reflection:
Caleb's boldness was rooted in his trust in God's promise. He was not intimidated by the giants in the land because he knew God was with him. This kind of boldness comes from a deep confidence in God's presence and power. Reflect on areas in your life where you need to act with boldness, trusting in God's presence and promises. Are there giants you need to face, knowing that God is with you?
Prayer:
Lord, give me the boldness to act on Your promises. Help me to face my giants with confidence, knowing that You are with me. Let my actions be guided by faith and not fear. In Jesus' name, Amen.
Action:
Take a step of faith today in an area where you feel God is calling you to be bold. Trust that He will be with you as you move forward. Write down any fears or doubts you have and pray over them, asking God to replace them with His peace and courage.
