The Lordship of Christ

Scripture:
Colossians 1:16-18 (NIV)
"For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him. He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy."

Reflection:
Reflect on the supremacy of Christ in your life. Consider areas where you might be holding back from fully surrendering to His lordship. Remember that acknowledging Christ as Lord means giving Him the highest place in every aspect of your life.

Prayer:
Lord Jesus, I acknowledge You as the supreme authority in my life. Help me to surrender every area of my life to Your lordship. Teach me to trust in Your wisdom and guidance above my own. Amen.

Action:

Identify one area of your life where you struggle to let Christ be Lord. Take a step today to surrender that area to Him, whether it’s through prayer, a conversation, or a change in behavior.
